From my heart I truly feel for the first woman !! I also had an ex try to kill me and almost did, and my two young daughters were in the apartment.....as horrifying as them being there is for me.... if they weren't, I would not be here. I stopped breathing and my heart stopped for over 5 minutes and the dr.'s and paramedics could not believe I did not die. He then committed suicide the next day....no way did he want to go to jail for attempted murder.l
