I would be worried about both of these people! Let's state the obvious, he has to be bisexual and there's nothing wrong with that except for he was cheating on his wife and lying. Being a sex offender at 18 and sleeping or doing anything sexual with a 14-15-year-old was wrong but it happens more often than not. Being a teenager is a dumb time in anyone's life if the parent hates the older person they can charge them without thinking twice where I am from.
