John Clarke many thanks for a full Dr Phil programme, many other YouTube uploaders just do about 5 minutes which is no good to anyone. The mother in this episode is evil beyond words and probably without doubt indoctrinated her children with lies about their father. However after over 15 years the boys found out the truth, and the fact the mother was on the FBI's most wanted list tracked her down. A good ending and hopefully the daughter will join in the reunions.

three young children from their father until she was finally found by
authorities in Oxford, England. When the children were found, two of
the three were reunited with their father, and the mother was charged
with International Parental Kidnapping and ultimately pleaded guilty to
the charges.
