A man is accused of lying and making empty promises to a number of different women. His mother says her son has been lying since he was a child.

I know Tiffany!!! I've been babysitting her son for a few years. He's a cute mixed little boy. Tiffany is a nice woman and very sweet and always pays me well. Never talks about the father though. Now I know why.
Gullible desperate ladies, being educated does not make you street smart, you cannot rely solely on book smart. Masters degrees does not equate to common sense.

Oh wow. The majority of the comments are being so hideous to the women and basically giving this douchebag a pass. He lied and manipulated them!!! They drag out his mum and get her to explain him. He’s a grown-ass man taking advantage of women to get what he wants! HE is in the wrong. HE needs to change. Women just need to stay away

You think men can't smell desperation, he is a con artist and a user at best. If you don't love and honor yourself, a man will walk all over you and use you for everything you have. I've seen men use the older women in my family to the point where the level of stress it caused some of them killed them. Women if you're in these situations run like hell and save yourself before they'll leave you high and dry with nothing and no one around to help you.
Some little, silly man in India tried to pass himself off as a Billionaire.  I looked at the time he emailed me, and he said he was on the west coast.  The email was always 3 or 4 am.  I knew something was up, I asked him about the hours. To cover the lie, he said he was on a business trip in Norway.  Then in England.  He wanted to send me a ring without hearing my voice. RED FLAG!  His wife died, then here is the thing, this billionaire asked me for a loan of $10,000.  He had told me he has numerous businesses.  So why do you need my $10,000?  I said, I have moved on.  He told me he was German, when I heard his voice, that was not a German accent.  That was a stupid BS, Indian accent. I work hard for my money so no man will get a red cent.   Oh, my telephone company is in India, so they have listened to my conversation and network.  Called my house saying the are Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, IRS.  Thank God I will be changing phone company in a few days.
She accepted and forgave his lies for an ENTIRE YEAR??? Then tops that off by adding a pregnancy to the mix. I don't understand why women continue to stay in these type of relationships and letting some guy move in with you that you've known for less than a WEEK, is a HUGE MISTAKE. That, in itself,  makes me extremely nervous, I would never, ever put myself in that position.

Shame on these black women they would not accept such behavior from a black man....they want a white man with money so they are willing to believe any stupid story that he is selling well bad things happen when you don't think

This sounds like my ex "husband" he turned out to be a bigamist, deadbeat father with children spread around the world (he swore he had no children, so disgusting to deny having kids🤮) currently on the run from Interpol for a criminal offense 😬. He is a narcissist and quite possibly a psychopath. When you are in love with someone you will believe anything they say ...

it should be red flag when guy "Looses" wallet and ask for the money before you even meet the guy. some women are guys dumb! so many red flags and they refuse to listen. These women were more after things he said he had,if they werent after materials, they woudn't be so bline. Some women cannot be impressed with things men own or things he could give you.

Watched this on television yesterday. Totally annoyed me. Yes he is wrong but come on damn so are the women!!!!        These women aren't victims. A victim is someone who is raped, beat or murdered....they were helpless and couldn't fight back. These women allowed someone to continually lie even when they knew he was lying they were enablers.  I got some swamp land to sell you. 😐

The intro alone was enough for me these women are gullible. If you lose your wallet they don't freeze your account you should know that. If he has money why would he be living in a dorm with his brother? So she's going to buy a rich man a plane ticket to see her? They have to be making this up because it doesn't make sense. He's not even attractive you better use Google and verify people. If anyone asks you for money when you start communicating run!!

Notice how they never talk about these women being gold diggers? We get nothing but the idea that they are victims, even though they answered this guy and started up with him amid promises of mansions and new cars among other things. They were shopping for a payday and got burned, but we're supposed to feel sorry for them? I think what they are maddest about is not getting all the luxury he promised.

Sure, he's a sociopath and a jerk, but as his mother said, there were blatant red flags that should have tipped these women off. However, when you walk thru a mansion, or think your boyfriend is a rich former NFL player and he's promising to buy you this and that, you ignore the warnings because the big payoffs are coming.

These women may be very nice, but that doesn't mean they aren't looking for a rich man to take care of them. Of course, this is Dr. Phil, so we were never going to hear that side of the issue.

I , a female, tried your suggestion and intervened in a physical argument between a man and a woman, this was 1980, many years before Dr. Phil. I was punched kicked and knocked to the ground for simply saying ''Calm down, now, it can't be that bad.'' I still suffer with a back injury to this day. I say it's best to walk to or call the authorities, not to get close to that kind of anger.

I ain't mad at the girl w/the shovel, people don't understand a girl like that bully, but the mother should've taken control, she is the wrong one. It was her fault, her responsibility, and she let this girl on her property.

What kind of "person" attacks someone with their child looking on! She deserves to be locked up she isnt right in the head! Not to mention the size of that monster! She is huge, just because she looks like a man doesn't mean she has to act and live like one, but then men shouldn't hit women so she misses that mark too. 

 

 

My friend's granddaughter got beaten up in her high school last April. She tried to intervene because the original victim was a mentally challenged student. There were about 30 others who saw the fight, many of whom recorded it. It was on line before "Shaina" arrived at the hospital. School officials suspended three students and made several delete the posts, but they couldn't begin to identify everyone. Result, Shaina had a concussion, five broken ribs, contusions requiring 103 stitches, 32 of them on her face. She had a broken ankle requiring two surgeries. She had to drop out of school because of PTSD. Her grandparents have had to delete all their social media accounts, along with taking away Shaina's cellphone and computer. They are still subject to people vandalizing their vehicle and home. They'd like to move, but cannot because of medical bills. Shaina attempted suicide in September and was in a residential treatment home for six weeks. Comments on You Tube are as far as I go with social media. I'm "out of the loop" for sure, but want no part of others tracking me, harassing me, even "following" me. I want real friends, not the dubious "friends" people accumulate on Facebook. 

 

 

I almost fought some crazy woman and who had her infant baby in a stroller. Even though I was biting my tongue so hard it hurt , I had to be the bigger person because apparently I was the only one thinking about that poor baby who has an animal for a mother. There are some truly stupid reckless people out there 

 

 

There is such a thing as bystander effect and I would expect Dr. Phil to know and understand it. When there's other bystanders, most people (and I mean almost everyone) will assume that someone else will know what to do, be already doing it or is simply better equipped to do it. It is exactly why when in an emergency situation even a trained professional medic will POINT at a specific person and tell them to call an ambulance. You have to point, then the person will do it without hesitation. If you just shout out "someone call 911" everyone will assume that someone else will do it. This is a thing. We all like to think we'll step up, we'll do the right thing, we'll protect someone no matter what, but until you are actually in that situation you have no way of knowing what you would or wouldn't do and how you would react to it.

 

I have taken photos of crimes being committed and CALLED COPS. I posted ONE photo, of a guy jerking off on the Public Transport in Philly, in the afternoon, when schools got out, and then approached the appropriate officials, with the images and info, as I wanted to and did warn riders...I figured the chances of being caught were zero, but as he exited the train, I told him he was going to be on FB, etc. Maybe he's less likely to do this, for fear of being caught. I caught a guy stealing packages off a stoop in our neighbourhood, and confronted him. He claimed he lived at the house, but I know the 97 year old lady who owns it...I took his photo, and when he dropped his boxcutter, and what he hadn't stuck in his backpack and ran, I called the cops. We went to look at a guy they had stopped; but it wasn't him. The photo is in their files, plus I posted in the neighbourhood group, for our area to BOLO. I agree it can be dangerous to be physically trying to break up a fight, but the complete lack of anyone doing anything, other than posting the videos, is revolting, completely disheartening, and deeply shameful. 911 is not much effort to press and call, if you really feel the need to just gawp. The banality of evil is everywhere.

 

So many are so violent today. The fear she has for their safety is fear in others as well. Many dont get involved for fear of retaliation. My daughter n I are terrorized continually yet noone steps in I believe due to fear. I am a w/c transfer. They have shot our protection furbabies n ran over them in front of my daughter as well as random bullets whizzing by her head. A male in ski mask refused to let her pass from my home to hers at MN. She called me crying. I called our County Sheriffs dept requesting immediate assistance. They were on a call.....called local PD. 5 min away...who were all deputized in case of emergency's....they NEVER SHOWED THE COUNTY DID A DRIVE BY 2°54min AFTER MY CALL. I COULDN'T GET N MY W/C ALONE SO I TURNED DOGS LOOSE N THEY RAN HIM INTO THE DRIVEWAY OF THE NEXT HOUSE DOWN APPX HALF A BLOCK.....THEY HAVE SINCE SHOT WINDOWS OUT OF VEHICLES THROWN CANS OF BOTTLES OF LIQUEUR AT MY DAUGHTER. THEY CALL HER FILTHY NAMES. THEY SIT IN THE "public road" PLAYING THE HOOD THUMPING THE BASE BANGING ON METAL BARKING ETC. I HAVEN'T BEEN OFF MY PROPERTY FOR OVER 3 YEARS. MY DAUGHTER HAS TO WALK TO TOWN AT TIMES. I CRY N PRAY SHE RETURNS EACH TIME. ONE HAS THREATENED TO BURN US OUT THE FELON OUT BACK THREATENED TO KILL ME IN FRONT OF MY KIDS. WE WERE ALWAYS GOOD TO THEM TAKING FREE FOOD BEFORE I LOST MY TRANSPORTATION. THE NEIGHBOR DOWN THE HILL REFUSED TO SELL TO THEM AFTER HER HUSBAND DIED N HER HOUSE THAT HAD NO ELECTRIC HOOKED UP FOR OVER A YEAR EXPLODED N IN THE 15 min it took for rural fire to get there it was a total loss. Nothing was done. WE FEAR FOR OUR LIVES CONSTANTLY. THEY ARE NEVER ACCOUNTABLE FOR TERRORIZING LAW ABIDING CITIZENS.

 

They does'nt videotape to have like a proof, they videotape it for youtube... Then it would have been better to scream that police is on the way, and then tryed to protect the child. Or children...i thougt i saw other children as well? What kind of people would physically and violent attack someone with a child present? And...does anybody think fighting will solve anything? There are a lot of evidence that hurting other does not give a ok result... If someone attack me, violent, then i don't think "my god, she are right, now i change my mind"....🙄 When you loose control and attack someone, then you are weak, you can't control yourself.... All the young people who think they will get respect if they fight....It is so sad that they haven't learn better... It is depressing watching our nect generation and the behavior on net. Now i am feeling old. We have this problem in norway too, but it is not so often/"normal"...i hope....

 

 

A woman I know says she will never try to help out again as it landed her in jail for 6 months with a record. This was in the early '80's before cell phones. She was sticking up for a woman she did not know whose boyfriend was hitting her (this was in a bar), the woman and her friends decided they did not like that and ganged up on her, then the police were called and all them made up a story for the courts that put my friend in jail. You may think in an ideal moment to get involved but when push comes to shove, a good deed might get you punished.

I used to love Dr Phil's programmes but even though I still enjoy them, after time I've come to see him as quite narcissistic, with a belittling sanctimonius attitude directed for entertainment value as opposed to really helping guests, quite incideous really. Peace. P.s. (first guests), a woman scorned, she's poison, and she's trying to be a lady but it's hard for her to keep a lid on things, and listen to the clapping seals in the audience.

My niece’s father would do the same thing. Promise he was coming to get her and then be hours late, if showing up at all. I wanted to personally strangle him one Christmas Day when she spent hours bawling outside waiting for the SOB, cradling a Barbie doll I had bought her.

This struck me about grandma.... I think grandma has a bad relationship with her own daughter(Alysia's mum). I think she is using her granddaughter (Alysia)to get back at her daughter. Having said that mother and daughter(Alysia) definitely have issues and mum needs to apologise and reassure her younger daughter! Grandma needs to respect that relationship. Also I think Dr Phil was very condescending.

Before my hysterectomy I had issues at that time monthly, it was horrible, I'd lose hope n feel like the only option was suicide, it's a shame she didn't see a doctor first... it was a very hopeless time... Hormones can change one's whole mental function... I'm fine now thank god my doctor knew....it turned out it was a mass on left ovary which controls hormone function, been fine since....my prayers to her poor mother...

 So much emphasis is put on being beautiful, that we automatically assume that those 'blessed'  go through life without a care in the world. Tho' many doors are open to them that would be firmly closed to the rest of us, those good looks can be just  as much a curse, that brings  its own set of problems, as I witnessed in a couple of friends of mine. 

I’m a bit astounded her mother is relating what was obviously intense depressive episodes to her period?? PMDD is absolutely real, but it’s very bizarre to me that’s she’d choose to bring up. (Edit: and what I mean by this, is that it’s a very real disorder, that can be extremely serious, but she never said her daughter had it. She either had it, or she didn’t. And she said that it only seemed to correlate with her mood changes being that intense “a very few times.” Which is why I found it so odd. I’m not playing down the severity of PMDD. I’m just confused as to why, if she isn’t mentioning that as a diagnosis or a consistent mood pattern that it would be significant. Hope that’s cleared up.) But this is insanely heartbreaking to hear, I can’t imagine hearing your child take their own life over the phone. That’s absolutely horrific. I really hope her mother finds a lot of healing. I’m sending good vibes.

I'm not a psychiatrist, but as someone who suffers with Borderline Personality Disorder, I can relate to a lot of what Gia's mother describes that Gia felt and was going through. I suspect she suffered with the same personality disorder as I do. The fear of abandonment, the self sabotaging of relationships, the paranoia and anxiety- all classic examples of BPD. I only wish she had gotten the same help I did. It changed my life. If you are struggling, there is help available and life can and will be better. Please talk to someone and get some help before we lose another Gia. X

The pain for those who kill themselves is something that those who don't cannot, and hopefully, will not ever feel. It is incredible to be at the point where the natural desire to live is absolutely the worst concept to the person in pain. This is a tragic story, and I really hope that this is something that opens the gates to those in pain, to reach out. Much respect to the mother, and my heart to you and yours.

So very tragic. My Sister is 41 and an RN. She called me last week talking about how her menstrual cycles are too much on her emotionally....we've both had a really rough history with menstrual cycles and dark places.....fortunately I had a radical hysterectomy, which was performed to save my life from Cervical Cancer. Ever since my hysterectomy I have had no problems nor ever want to another dark place. I worry about my sister now. There are so many things said here that make me think of my sister, and makes me worry.. I am going to hound her until she gets this hysterectomy, her being a Mom, Wife and RN and being super busy are no longer going to be allowed to enter my ears as an excuse. God bless Gia's Mom, family, friends and loved ones. My heart goes out to all of you.

I always wonder, there are places in this world where life is nothing but misery and heartache. Moms with their babies under bombs. Mom with nothing to feed their kids but dirt. Babies that die from simple fever. Where people have no right, no say on anything in their life. Yet they don't kill themselves
