This woman didn't want Kelly to be severely disabled, she wanted her DEAD. She knew exactly what she was doing and she didn't have a change of heart. She's trying to cover her tracks here, trying to manipulate everyone around her (and Dr.Phil.) to believe that she was doing this as a 'joke' that got out of hand. She's said it herself: she had WEEKS to end it and she didn't. If she REALLY had a change of heart, she would've gone to the police if she was too scared to end it herself. She would've gotten help. She didn't. I refuse to believe that she was so 'scared' that she tried to play ostrich in hope that the problem would go away eventually. The only reason she isn't/wasn't a cold blooded killer is because she got caught.
I hope she gets a long prison sentence.
That woman is dangerous... If she'd wanted to stop it, she would have told the man that she'd had a change of heart. You can also see her REAL attitude in the interrogation room: "Am I really, like, ARRESTED?!" She thought she'd get away with everything.
