First of all u ppl always talk before u think ,if anyone has anything negative to say then you were never a real fan, first of all you do not have to be poor and homeless to go through a struggle going through a struggle can mean anything how would you feel if every time you open your front door there's people staring in your face screaming shouting you have no privacy,you can't even go to the grocery store and have 5 minutes of shopping for yourself without someone hassling you or wanted to take pictures with you wanting you ,wanting you to sign a piece of paper it is really crazy, u cant even have lunch our dinner in a private restaurant in peace without someone walking up to you wanting a picture or something guys you have to get my point it is not that a celebrity or you know anyone who's popular don't love their fans but you guys know for yourself it can be crazy sometimes people may appear to be really nice and cool and they also can be obsessed with you and as soon as you get close to that person they may try to hurt you you know they may try to kill you ,this world is crazy so you cant always take that chance ,so it's definitely a struggle for the Ace family and you have to go through all these things you know you can't even have 5 minutes of playtime with your daughter or your son it is really crazy so to all of you negative people you need to stop and think listen and try to understand what this documentary is all about have some consideration for other people you can go through any kind of struggle in life as I said you don't have to be poor and homeless and don't have any food to be going through a struggle there are so many things that happens in our lives each day that we can have a struggle with lots of people struggle with depression lots of people struggle with anxiety and the list can go on ,the Ace family loves us all of us as fans very much but we as fans we need to respect the lives of the Ace family they're home the privacy, we need to give them space and time to be a family with real family time , to all the haters you can fuck off how dare you come on the Ace family channel and try to bash them ,clearly your life is so sorry and you must be so unhappy that you're trying to bring someone else down with you you need to stop get a life you fucking losers to the Ace family I love you guys keep pushing stay strong I'll be rooting for you I hella love you guys and I will keep pushing with you 👍👍👍👍😘😘😘😘♥️♥️♥️♥️

Being able to afford an apartment that’s $1500 a month in LA is struggling 😂😂 these people are sooo dramatic wow yeah your famous so you can’t go out like you used to just like EVERY OTHER FAMOUS PERSON. Why are they acting like they are the only ones going through this...hire security when you go out in public obviously things are going to be different. This is the life you chose and now your complaining about it, this is what comes with your job! You can’t just become rich and famous and expect to be able to do things like go out in public and not expect people to come up to you. Imagine what your life would be like without YouTube. You would probably still be living in that first apartment and everything would be different. You wouldn’t have even a 1/3 of the shit you guys have now 😂 geez be grateful for what you got not make a whole documentary complaining about being rich and famous 

Rich is not a sin. Use money wisely and help people in need can make you happy. Being famous can be beneficial and harmful. hope you guys use this platform to share positive thoughts and inspire people. Not focusing on the number of the viewers, but spend time reading more books and you can have more contents for yr videos. I hope you both can succeed and have a happy and healthy life. Worrying about how you going to get survive with a child untill next pay check? Can’t relate?? I know... cause you guys are rich.. but yet still complaining and being selfish. Really you guys wasted 26 min of my life with a poor excuse for doc leave it to Shane plz this vid was so bias you didn't address anything you guys painted a bias picture for your fans like come on there are so many other things you could of talked about and privacy you choose this career plus how you going ask for privacy when every change you get you make your life public I mean your daughters have IG pages for you guys to do brand deals .. stop following you guys a long time and tried to give you guys a change but just prove why I don't F with you guys Shane needs to do you guys

 

True fans will respect your privacy. True fans will not worry so much about what they want from you, they will worry about you and your safety. I've been a fan for a while and it really bothers me when people say assumptions about you guys when they do not know anything about what you guys have been through. Honestly, if you guys ever quit for privacy and safety... I would be so sad that I can't watch you, but at the same time, I would respect it. It's just that people don't even care in this world, people are scary in this world. I have my own channel and I think to myself what I can post or say without getting in danger even though I don't even have 100 fans. I don't even know all of my viewers. I am very young and I feel like I really do know a lot, it is how my father raised me. He taught me about how crazy our world is and how if I want to be a Pro Athlete, I'll have to suck up how many things are unfair, how many people hate, how many people are racist, how many people bully me. In the end, I care about your family and if you guys ever need a break, I'm sure your true fans will understand<3

 

Ace family is the best. You guys bring joy and happiness to the world all around and that’s what everyone loves about you. And the fact that you made this series is to keep it real to all your fans is amazing. That’s what loyal, kind-hearted people would do. Keep doing what your doing and never give up. Everyone has different understandings of what a struggle is. Stop coming at them and throwing all these negative comments out here. They’re not forcing you to watch this. This is their journey. You’re either here to watch it and see an insight on what they went through and how they got to where they are or just close off the video. Some of these comments are so damn ridiculous. They have massive goals and they work hard to achieve them. They’ve helped out so many people, their family, charities, strangers etc. They didn’t have to do any of that. The giveaways they did. That car they brought for a complete stranger. The ace family are far from bad people. They are who they are and they are where they are because they worked for it. You could say they “asked for it” when they started this journey but no they didn’t. Yes they knew that there’s always people who like to bring others down and they weren’t going to be liked by everybody but they didn’t ask for it. These videos aren’t just for views and making money. This is memories for them. Things they can go back on and watch when they’re older or when their kids are older. Some people are so rude, disrespectful and disgusting with their words.

i’m not sure why all these people are acting stupid but the ACE family might not have come from something. but they worked hard to get where they are and they are very appreciative for all the people that helped them. y’all just mad because y’all can’t do anything to get y’all where y’all wanna be. don’t take it out on other people. take it out on only one person. and that that is you. on another note...
