My stepdad who I was Always around passed when I was young. I know the great/happy "memories" I have are from the stories I have been told. I hope she talks to someone professional about this because i think she was brainwashed. Just my opinion...

Dr Phil, "you only had to check all the school records, schools in 50 States", lol, life back then was different, no internet, social media, ordinary folks didn't have the means and the police, authorities couldn't care less.

 

this one pisses me off. those woman's children don't have true memories of abuse. just what they've been told day after day. and the kids can't even realise that she didn't have the money or resources to do a hardcore search especially for the 60/70s when women after kids were looked down a upon for needing to work so she wouldn't have had a good paying job. and as a woman she would have just been written off as crazy or unfit because her (ex)husband stole the kids. resources to her would've been severely limited.

I know how children can be brainwash so much to the point of having real-to-them memories of abuse. A granddaughter of a friend stayed with her father in her teens because he threatened suicide if she did not. Within 3 years she was emphatic that she remembered her mother throwing her against a wall in her bedroom and other abusive behaviours. They never happened and in fact it was the father who had been the abusive one. This is very difficult to put right and leaves trauma in the child's mind forever. Awful.

 

That poor mother. Her ex husband and his family brainwashed those kids until they created false memories of abuse. He used to beat the crap out of his wife and when he went after the babies she got out. But if he couldn’t have her and the kids then no one could. He didn’t want to kill her because by brainwashing his kids and turning them against her he got a sick pleasure out of it. Just one more way he could destroy her. I really really hope these kids and this mom can reconnect and start rebuilding the relationship that they had stolen from them. Those tears and that effort to find those kids is not someone who didn’t want her kids. She would have thrown the toys away and never looked back. That women loved her kids and never gave up for a single second. Such a sad story. So happy it is finally turning around for the better.

 

Just saying but if think the kids sounds like were couched or brainwashed to say all these things about their mum. She rememberers all of these specific details from when she was 5 years old?

 

Praying for this mother and her children. So glad they were able to help her find her kids and reunite them so they can make their own choices and ALL sides instead of what only the fathers side had said happened. God bless this family with truth and understanding from what was lost in the past 45yrs

 

NEVER give up. .I placed my baby girl up for adoption when I was 20 due to adults telling me my baby needed surgery I couldn't afford. .I regretted it my entire life and looked for her BUT SHE FOUND ME on Facebook and it was a dream come true. .a miracle. .now she has the sister she always wanted. .she was adopted by very nice people who I admit are her parents. .I am called adoptive mom. .hurts but that's what I get for putting her up for adoption even though I did what I thought was in her best interest. .now that hole in my heart is FULL

 

 

I love Troy! Dr. Phil is an ASS!! How you gonna grill a sweet old woman that's had her children ripped from her life!?! And you say you're about family unification!?!! BS!! Troy was here, NOT you Dr. Dipsh!t!! God bless this family! I truly pray they are able to move past all the hurt they've been caused by the "father" (using the term VERY loosely) and build the relationships they all deserve!! 🙏🏻

 

Dr Phil could go a little easier on the old lady. Holy hell. And what does the daughter mean she'll never get to the top of heaven if she doesn't forgive her mom? Is she mormon where there's pyramid heaven?

 

I feel so sick for this poor mother. It was definitely a different time back then and women didn't yet have a voice. This woman did everything she could to find her children and holding onto the toys is a really big deal for me. It shows that she genuinely missed them and wanted to be with them. These children were obviously brainwashed by their father and grandparents. I really hope that they can work it out and be a family again.

 

Odd how the daughter knows the alcohol that was used in the balls 1) If the father knew this was happening why didn't he stop it 2) If the father was such a good father why did he allow the children to stay with the mother through the divorce . 3) The children were so young if you tell a child a story day after day about something that happened to them the child will remember and believe that it's true. I think sadly the children were told untruths about their mother by their father and his parents of course the children would believe them they would have no reason to question what is being said. 45 years ago things were so different for women the Law was for the male. As for looking into the schools the father could just as well tell the school if anyone came looking for them they were to tell that person there were no children of that name at the school. As that person was out to harm the children. He must have lived his life aS one big lie so much so that he believed what he was saying.

 

I hate to say it but I believe that the daughter took her memory of an accident and mixed that with all of the bad things her father and grandma told her which warped it into "abuse" I'm not discrediting her but it just feels like that's the truth Also any kind of alcoholic candy like bourbon doesn't get you drunk; all the achohol evaporates during cooking and leaves only the flavor.

 

Incontinence can be helped by taking one table daily prescribed by your physician. You don't need to waste money on adult diapers or pads. That's ridiculous.

 

I was standing a few people behind a younger woman in a Lotto line and everyone was looking at her arse (squeeze, release, squeeze, release, squeeze, release...) Don't do your pelvic floor exercises in public if you're wearing pants ladies. The whole world can see it.
