Beware of malware and other malicious software hiding on the internet. Also you should steer clear of most background check / public records / reverse phone lookup websites because they are trying to sell you their (totally useless) information. They use highly deceptive methods and intrusive advertising and marketing tactics. Websites like "people finder" are professional experts at exploiting you for their own financial gain. They don't care if they ruin your marriage they just want your money . They'll have you convinced that your significant other is cheating on you with totally ambiguous information - shit like old dating websites from 15 years ago... possibly before you even met your significant other. The information will be presented to you as meaningful and relevant until you give them your credit card information. To make matters worse they impregnate your device with malware that tries to sell you even more of their garbage by playing on your insecurities. "Is your significant other cheating on you? Find out now with a comprehensive search for an additional $49 and receive our deluxe malware free of charge" (basically) I'm surprised this hasn't received more media attention and I'm disappointed that Phil didn't even make mention of it. It's a massive scam that affects millions of people every day and they do it with impunity.
