All of these are called phantom pregnancies.. And it is quite sad and very real. These women are having symptoms that are related to pregnancy but also key symptoms to other things and they convince themselves they are pregnant. This happened to Mary(Tudor) I of England and it is very sad. 

U mean retroverted uterus.another thing did they checked her now . I believe they could be suffering from pcos / ovarian cancer /just fat insulin insensitivity . The sudden bloating The Fact that ovarian cancers r the hardest to detect until the third stage which shows bloating. Again the bloating doesn’t seem to be indication of ovarian cancer . But no harm checking through blood work
